Shipping within Greece

All shipments to destinations within Greece are sent to the address you have specified, via the courier companies “Geniki Taxydromiki” or “BOX NOW”.

 

 

WITH GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI:

GREECE
  • Shipments for orders with a total value exceeding €150 are made with FREE SHIPPING
  • The charge for orders of lower total value (under €150) is €5.90
  • Cash on delivery is not available
CYPRUS
  • Shipments for orders with a total value exceeding €350 are made with FREE SHIPPING
  • The charge for orders of lower total value (under €350) is €20
  • Cash on delivery is not available

 

 

With BOX NOW (LOCKERS)

GREECE
  • For orders over €89, FREE SHIPPING
  • The cash on delivery method is not available
  • For lower value orders (under €89), the charge is €3.00

For international shipments, you can choose one of the following methods, depending on the desired delivery time and shipping cost:

The charge in these cases varies depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the products in each order.

Should any other charges arise upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country (e.g., customs duties), these charges are solely borne by the customer.

For international shipments, cash on delivery is not available.

 

 

Shipping/Delivery Time

The main objective of our online store is to provide excellent and fast customer service. Our goal is to offer the highest quality products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.

The delivery time for orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 2-3 business days with BOX NOW and 2-7 with Geniki Taxydromiki

For all other shipments to Cyprus (and abroad), the delivery time is 3-10 business days

 

Should any problem arise with a product, due to our products being purely handmade, you will be promptly informed by the orders department about the estimated delivery time.

During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure (e.g., customs delay), if telephone and/or email communication with you is impossible (if a problem arises with your order, either related to the product or its payment) because, for example, your registered details are not correctly updated, delivery times may be affected.
