If you wish to exchange or return a product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used and retains all its documentation (receipts, tags) – you must strictly adhere to the following:
1. Carefully complete the form included in your package, or which you can find online HERE, providing all required information and stating the reason for the return/exchange (photos may also be required).
2. Contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 210 5571008, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, to arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department. Exchanges and returns are not possible for products that have been altered in any way from their original form (color, strap holes, wetting, etc.), either by the customer or by us at the customer’s request.
Exchanges within Greece
For orders within Greece, the first exchange is free of charge for the customer. For each additional exchange after the first, a charge will apply according to the current shipping price list (see shipping methods) and must be paid cash on delivery to the courier.
Exchanges outside Greece
For orders outside Greece, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged the standard shipping fees for the replacement shipment (depending on the destination country). For third countries, the sender must indicate to the service used for the return (post office, courier, etc.) that they are returning a product/products already purchased in the destination country, for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipments / Defective Products
If the product you received does not match your order or proves to be defective, you must contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 2105571008 within 3 days of receipt and arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department.
In this case, there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
Refunds / Right of Withdrawal
If, for any other reason, you wish to return the product you purchased and are not interested in replacing it with another, you must:
1. Carefully complete the form included in your package, or which you can find online HERE, providing all required information and stating the reason for the return (photos may also be required).
2. Contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 210 5571008 within 14 days of receipt to arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department.
Once the return is completed and it is confirmed that the product has not been used and is in its original condition, the refund process will begin for the total value of the products you paid for, excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery fees (if any). If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to an IBAN account specified by the customer, from National Bank or VIVA. In the case of any other bank, domestic or international, all transfer fees will be borne solely by the customer. The refund should be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
In cases of refunds, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product, as the product must be returned at your own expense.
Additionally, if a free exchange for the specific product has already occurred before the refund process, an additional charge of €5.90 will apply to cover the shipping costs of the exchange. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
